Designing and scaling a two-sided platform from 0 → 1 (B2C & B2B)
OpenSpot is built to democratize access to startup careers by helping candidates showcase their real potential beyond traditional resumes. I led the end-to-end design of the MVP across web and mobile, covering both B2C (candidate) and B2B (client) experiences. In parallel, I designed the landing page to optimize top-of-funnel conversion and support early user acquisition.
